Excellent stay, we were there for 2 days. Everything was good, breakfast was wonderful. They gave us Wheelchair Accessible room with a nice view and extra bed, for example and that was essential. It had an electric kettle, a refrigerator, and glassware😃

I recently stayed at Shangri-La in Guilin for a relaxing vacation with my family. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The Spa was outstanding, with fantastic massages from Carol and Kelly. We also loved spending time at the outdoor pool, even though there was a large wall surrounding it. The hotel had so many family-friendly amenities, including a play area, family theater, small zoo, boating. All the staff members were efficient and humble, especially Ren Wen who spoke and understood English well. The garden and jogging area were also beautiful, and we enjoyed trying out the delicious food at the three restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel for families looking for a memorable vacation.

Central location to Guilin's main sights. And adjacent to the interestingly shaped mountains around Guilin, the large Shang Palace restaurant in a nice setting with very good Western and Asian food choices, and Guilin.

From the moment we entered the hotel, the staff's courtesy and attention to details was unparraleled. Gourmet dining and luxurious relaxed atmosphere was exceptional. The overall experience surpassed any five star hotel in the usa.

Everything-it shows you can in fact have a real 5 star hotel(western standards) in china that is not in a major city- dispite all bullshit(particularly from Hong Kong travel people) about substandard hotels once out of beijing or shanghai I am a world traveler with a big data base to compare with

The view from my room was absolutely stunning, overlooking the picturesque karst hills and an ancient town in the distance. The bed was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep.

The hotel is an oasis of calm. The facilities are excellent and the staff are welcoming, warm and efficient.
